4. Refunds and Cancellations

Unless a separate written policy is provided for a specific offer, digital products, downloadable materials, and content delivered immediately after purchase are non-refundable once access has been provided.

For appointments or coaching sessions, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be forfeited or subject to a rescheduling fee, where permitted by law.

5. Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages from Brain Soul Success, you agree to receive SMS and/or MMS messages from us. Messages may include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, purchase confirmations, access information, follow-up communications, customer-service messages, and, if you have consented, marketing or promotional messages related to Brain Soul Success Academy programs and services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

To rejoin after opting out, sign up again through one of our forms or provide consent through another approved opt-in method.
